Delivery  

• We use various Couriers to give you the best service possible for the lowest price.

• Your delivery should arrive within the time stated for each courier.

• If you have not received your delivery within this time please contact us.

• Please note that weekends, Bank Holidays and specified company holiday dates are not classified as working days.

International Delivery

• Our website is setup for UK delivery only. For international delivery, please make a note of the product codes you would like to order and contact us for a quote. A minimum order subtotal of £50 is required to qualify for international delivery.

• Any customs/import duties and local taxes are to be paid by the customer.

• International orders are not eligible for returns or refunds.

Free Delivery

• Free delivery is only possible to UK mainland addresses excluding the Scottish highlands and Northern Ireland.

• Some bulky items e.g. large sheets of MDF or acrylic styrene may not be eligible for free shipping due to their weight and dimensions

• Orders with large total weights or quantities may be more expensive to ship and therefore may not be eligible for free shipping. Where this is the case we will contact you with the option of paying the shipping cost or cancelling your order for a refund.

Terms of Service

• UK Premier Supplies is a business-to-business wholesaler

• Non stock goods orders or sales, additional stock goods orders or sales, clearance stock goods orders or sales, special reduced price goods orders or sales, made to measure goods orders or sales, are non refundable.

• Special orders including non-stock orders, additional stock orders, own branding, or made to measure orders will require a 50% deposit on order confirmation with the balance payable on confirmation of collection from the factory.

• No warranty is given on goods supplied, nor do we imply that any particular items are fit for any particular service. . As we have no control over the way our products are used, customers must ascertain for themselves that an item is suitable for the intended purpose. Our liability is in any event strictly limited to the invoiced value of the item concerned.

• VAT is chargeable on all goods and services under UK law.

• UK Premier Supplies reserves the right to substitute goods or services with alternative specifications in placement of previous goods or services supplied.

• UK Premier Supplies reserves the right to test all new products and repackage goods before despatching.

• Any damage to goods or other issues with goods supplied and services must be reported in writing with detailed photographs and/or videos must be reported in writing within 24 hours of receiving the goods or you will lose the right to claim.

• The difference between the product manufacturing date and sale date range, can vary by days, months, or years.

• Confirming an order or sale constitutes acceptance by the customer of UK Premier Supplies terms and conditions.

• For any machinery or capital equipment order, a non-refundable deposit must be paid on order confirmation. The deposit will not be refundable for any reason, including but not limited to cancellation of order, return of unwanted machines, or failure to pay the outstanding invoice balance within 14 days of the invoice date. Any outstanding invoice balance must be paid prior to the despatch of the machine or capital equipment.

• All monies clause and retention of title clause – UK Premier Supplies retains ownership of the goods and the title to the goods until the buyer has made full payment and completed any other obligations.

• By signing our credit application form the company owner or director gives a personal guarantee of any outstanding monies to UK Premier Supplies Ltd.

• The customer is liable for any third-party costs incurred by UK Premier Supplies arising from the late payment or default on any sums owed.

Machinery Sales

• All goods remain the property of UK Premier Supplies Ltd as per our terms and conditions of sale until the customer has paid our invoice in full.
   
• Please ensure you have someone to accept delivery and you have necessary means to offload the machine from the delivery lorry. Please ensure there is no obstruction locating the machine in its final resting position using a forklift or pallet trolley that the area is free to accept the machine and you have the correct power source and isolator with the necessary air consumption and line connection within 3 meter of machine final resting position.
   
• Any air, dust or other fittings provide during installation or additional labour incurred outside the allotted 3 hour per installation will be charged to the customer on completion.
   
• Any damage to the goods been delivered must be signed damaged and inform UK Premier Supplies Ltd in writing within 24 hours and must be acknowledge by UK Premier Supplies Ltd in writing or you will lose the right to claim.
   
• New Machines include 12 months labour warranty(except for travel and or over night expenses), and 12 months parts warranty(except for wear and tear items).
   
• Refurbished Machines (RFB) include 3 months labour warranty (except for travel and or over night expenses) and 3 months parts warranty (except for wear and tear items, control boards, keyboard screen, electrical and IT cables, motors and software).
   
• Machines Orders are only confirmed on receiving the agreed deposit amount. Any additional charges for third parties costs recovering any debt shall be passed on to the customer.
   
• Acceptance of a machinery order confirmation constitutes acceptance of our full terms and conditions.

Returns

• Please inform us within 3 working days of the receipt of goods if you would like to return an item.

• Items must be returned completely unused in their original packaging and in a sellable condition.

• The cost of returning an item, including postage will be at the customer's expense.

• Any shipping costs that were originally charged to the customer are not refundable.

• Items accepted for return, may incur a 25% restocking charge. 

• Returns will only be approved once goods have been returned, inspected by us and found to meet all our conditions of return.

• Approved returns will be refunded by way of a credit note only for customers who have credit accounts or by voucher for customers who do not have a credit account.

• Credit notes or vouchers must be used within 6 months of the issuing date, or the credit notes or vouchers become invalid for use.

• Made to Order and custom order items will need to be paid for in advance of despatch and are non-refundable. This includes but is not limited to moulding, cut mount board and trade frames.

Refunds

• Please contact us if you require a refund and we process this for you if eligible.

Cancellation

• If you would like to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible so that we don't despatch the order.

Special Offers and Discounts

• The supply of all products with special offers or discounts are subject to stock.

• Special offers and discount codes may be withdrawn at our discretion.

• Discounts may not be combined with products on special offer.

• A maximum of one discount code may be used per transaction.
